Your first session is a calm, grounding space to share what's on your mind and explore what you're hoping will change. I'll ask a few gentle questions to understand your story and goals, and together we'll begin mapping out a direction that feels right for you.
There's no need to prepare anything. You set the pace, and we'll move forward thoughtfully and collaboratively.

Intake — $180
Regular Sessions — $165
53-minute sessions with intention and direction. These weekly appointments help you build stability, strengthen rapport, and develop readiness for deeper work. They’re a supportive space to move beyond day-to-day coping and lay the groundwork for meaningful healing, especially if you’re considering extended EMDR sessions or future intensives.EMDR Intensives — Customized Packages
Focused, immersive healing offered in half-day or full-day formats. These extended sessions create the time and space needed for deeper breakthroughs and meaningful, concentrated progress. -
EMDR intensives are a private-pay service and are not covered by insurance, whether in-network or out-of-network. This specialized format is designed for deeper, focused work that falls outside the traditional weekly therapy structure.
The private-pay model offers important benefits: greater flexibility in scheduling, extended session time tailored to your process, and a pace guided by your healing rather than insurance limitations.
You'll receive a Good Faith Estimate with session rates and estimated costs, as a part of the No Surprises Act.

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting EMDR. If you're feeling stuck, curious, or simply open to trying something new, that's often enough to begin.
Readiness looks different for everyone, but it generally includes:
Some emotional stability – You can manage difficult feelings as they come up, even if it's hard
Basic coping skills – You have a few tools (grounding, breathing, reaching out) to use between sessions
A support system – Whether it's a friend, partner, therapist, or community, you have someone to turn to
Capacity to prioritize the work – You have the time and mental space to engage with the process
If you're unsure whether EMDR is right for you or if now is the right time, let's talk. I'm happy to explore your questions and help you determine what feels aligned with where you are in your healing journey.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. This helps me reserve that time for you and maintain a consistent schedule for all clients.
