EMDR therapy in Utah and oklahoma
Meet Deb
EMDR Therapy for finding freedom from the past and peace in who you are.
Hi, I’m Deb…
Rediscover your strength, your clarity, your calm.
As a Certified EMDR Therapist, my focus is on helping you feel safe enough to move beyond self-doubt, perfectionism, and the weight of old wounds.
Reaching this point in your journey hasn’t been easy, and therapy can offer a safe place to continue the healing you’ve already begun.
In our work together, you’ll have room to slow down and reconnect with the strengths you already carry. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you - never rushed, never forced.
This is your moment to dive beneath the surface - to address what’s really there and find the lasting peace you’ve been looking for.
The heart of therapy is about recognizing and reclaiming your strengths…
I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with parts work. EMDR helps you to process difficult memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity and allows your natural healing capacity to emerge. Parts work helps you to see how you might be holding yourself back and helps you to move past feeling stuck.
In our work together, you’ll:
Process difficult memories safely and at your own pace.
Learn to work with different parts of yourself, not against them.
Create space for your natural clarity and self-trust to return.
Clients often describe our work as both grounding and hopeful.
I don't believe in rushing or “fixing.” I believe in listening closely, trusting your inner wisdom, and walking beside you as you find your own pace and direction.
My approach weaves EMDR therapy with parts work to help you move beyond survival patterns and toward a deeper sense of wholeness. Together, we'll notice what's ready for healing, honor what still needs protection, and create gentle pathways toward lasting change.
My hope is that you leave each session feeling more connected to yourself, with more spacious room to breathe, and with confidence that healing is possible, even after deep hurt.
We’ll find the path forward, together.
My Values
These values are the heart of my work—the steady ground beneath every story and every step we take together.
Authenticity
Healing begins in real connection. I show up as a genuine, grounded person - not a distant expert - so you can feel safe bringing your whole self into the room.
Respect
Every part of your story matters. I honor your pace, your boundaries, and your lived experience as we navigate this work together.
Collaboration
We'll walk this path together—sharing curiosity, openness, and compassion as we find the way forward.
Presence
Lasting change happens in the moments we slow down and truly connect. My role is to hold space with steadiness and care while your inner world finds room to breathe again.
